2. Intellectual Property (The “No Steal” Clause) All architectures, digital assets, Notion templates, and methodologies are the proprietary property of Amarya Vibes LLC. Strict License: Your purchase grants you a single-user license for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our digital assets. Violation of this clause will result in immediate legal action and a lifetime ban from our ecosystem.

3. Refund Policy (Digital vs. Services)

• Digital Assets: Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, all sales of downloadable products are final and non-refundable.

• Consulting/Calibration: Refunds for high-ticket services are governed strictly by the client agreement signed at enrollment.

4. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the courts of Wyoming.
